LOYALTY PROGRAMS
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms define the rules of participation in the “PENTAFOMETTA Privilege” loyalty program (hereinafter — the “Program”), the procedure for issuing and using loyalty cards, and the conditions under which related benefits are granted.
1.2. Any individual who places an order on the website pentafometta.com and meets the conditions set forth herein is considered a Participant in the Program.
1.3. The Program is valid only in the territories where PENTAFOMETTA delivers its products.
1.4. Participation in the Program is voluntary. By making a qualifying purchase, the customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms.
2. Loyalty Card Tiers and Conditions for Issuance
2.1. The Program includes the following loyalty card tiers:
2.1.1. Silver Card
• Issued upon a single purchase of at least $267 USD.
• Benefits:
– 15% discount on the entire shopping cart (valid for 2 calendar months from activation).
– Access to PENTAFOMETTA contests.
2.1.2. Gold Card
• Issued upon a single purchase of at least $360 USD.
• Benefits:
– 30% discount on the entire shopping cart (valid for 3 calendar months from activation).
– Access to PENTAFOMETTA contests.
– Eligibility to participate in fashion shows and special events by PENTAFOMETTA.
– VIP customer service.
2.1.3. Future Cards (Bronze, Ruby, etc.)
• PENTAFOMETTA reserves the right to introduce additional card tiers and update the associated benefits.
• Details of such cards will be published on the official website under the “Loyalty Program” section.
3. Card Use Policy
3.1. The card discount applies to the total order value, excluding items already subject to promotional discounts or sale prices.
3.2. Cards are non-transferable and are valid only for the account holder who made the qualifying purchase.
3.3. Cards can only be used when placing an order via an authenticated user account on the website.
3.4. Discounts granted through loyalty cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers.
4. Validity and Revocation
4.1. The card validity period starts from the date of activation (confirmation email date).
4.2. After expiration, the card becomes inactive, and its associated benefits can no longer be used.
4.3. PENTAFOMETTA reserves the right to revoke a card in case of misuse, violation of the Terms, or evidence of fraud.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. These Terms may be updated or amended at the sole discretion of PENTAFOMETTA. The latest version will always be available at pentafometta.com.
5.2. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
