2. Product Packaging
2.1 We guarantee reliable and careful packaging of each item before shipment.

3. Risks During Transit
3.1 We are not responsible for:
• Loss of the parcel;
• Damage to the packaging or product during transportation;
• Delays caused by the delivery service.

4. Order Tracking
4.1 After shipment, we provide a tracking number. Any questions regarding the location and delivery times should be directed to the delivery service.

5. Return Due to Loss or Damage
5.5 In the event of loss or damage to the parcel, neither a return nor a replacement is provided, as the responsibility lies with the carrier.

6. Customs Duties and Client Responsibilities

6.1. The Client is informed and agrees that international shipments of any goods may be subject to mandatory customs duties, fees, and other charges, the amounts of which are determined exclusively by the customs authorities of the destination country or transit jurisdictions.

6.2. The amount of customs duties may vary significantly — from 20 to 1000 USD or more, depending on the country, region, product category, declared value of the goods, and the decisions of the competent authorities. The Company is unable to estimate, predict, or provide even an approximate calculation of such payments.

6.3. By placing an order and accepting the terms of this Offer Agreement, the Client confirms their obligation to fully and independently cover all expenses related to international customs duties, fees, taxes, tariffs, processing charges, and any other mandatory payments arising during international transportation and customs clearance.

6.4. In the event that the Client refuses or fails to pay the required customs duties, the Company bears no responsibility for any delays, suspension, or inability to deliver the shipment.

6.5. No refunds shall be issued to the Client in cases where customs duties are not paid, as the Company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the production, preparation, and dispatch of the goods.

6.6. If customs duties remain unpaid, the goods will be held at the customs warehouse for up to seven (7) calendar days, after which they will be disposed of in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the customs authorities. This seven-day period is provided to the Client to complete the required payments.
