PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. PENTAFOMETTA Store Policy
1.1 The store policy is a public offer by PENTAFOMETTA to enter into a purchase agreement with the customer remotely, i.e., through the online store at pentafometta.com.
1.2 The information about products posted on the website constitutes an invitation for customers to enter into a purchase agreement for the selected product.
1.3 By entering into a purchase agreement, you fully accept the terms of order placement, product payment, product delivery, claims procedure, and all other provisions stated in this Policy.

2. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed on the website 24/7. However, orders submitted during nighttime hours will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Methods
You can place an order by logging into your account on the store’s website. We recommend this method as it simplifies future orders (you won't need to re-enter your information). However, registration is not mandatory — you can place an order without creating an account by following the instructions on the website.

4. Personal Data
4.1 To process your order, PENTAFOMETTA will ask you to provide personal data.
4.2 You must complete all required fields in the order form. Please read our personal data processing policy carefully (here).
4.3 Without the required information, we will be unable to process your order or issue the necessary payment documents (invoice/receipt).

5. Order Process
a) After selecting a product, add it to your cart, specifying the required size and quantity (maximum 10 items per order). Then go to the cart and follow the further instructions on the website.
b) Before clicking the "Pay" button, you can modify the contents of your cart by removing or adding items, and adjusting the entered information.
c) Clicking the "Pay" button means you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected items in accordance with the terms outlined in the Store Policy.
5.1 Your offer is only valid with immediate payment via one of the available methods: offline payment / Google Pay / Apple Pay / PayPal — in accordance with the PENTAFOMETTA Store Policy.

6. 100% Prepayment
We operate on a 100% prepayment basis, which covers the initial costs of materials and tailoring time.

7. Payment Deadline
7.1 To confirm processing of your order, payment must be completed within a specific timeframe — within 24 hours of placing the order.
7.2 If payment is not received within this period, the order will be canceled.
7.3 Canceling the current order does not affect your ability to place future orders from your registered account on pentafometta.com.

8. Order Confirmation
8.1 After successful payment, you will receive an email with a receipt and your order number sent to the email address you provided.
8.2 Please keep this email — it serves as confirmation of your purchase and may be required in case of a return or to clarify details.
If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. If it’s not there — contact us so we can resend it. Contact: support@pentafometta.com

9. Price and Assortment Changes
9.1 We reserve the right to change the prices of the Products in the store, modify the assortment, run promotions, or offer other discounts.
9.2 Changes (as outlined in clause 9.1) do not affect previously concluded sales contracts and do not infringe upon the rights of customers who took advantage of previously valid promotions or offers.

10. Promo Codes and Discount Cards
10.1 During promotions, sales, or other special offers on the website — the use of any promo codes or all types of discount cards, including Gold and Silver Cards, is entirely unavailable. Discounts cannot be combined or substituted.

10.2 Promotional prices are final during such events, with no additional privileges applicable.
10.3 Terms of issuance and use of discount cards (Silver, Gold, etc.) are governed by separate rules available on pentafometta.com (here).
