RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. No Refunds
1.1 PENTAFOMETTA - no refunds after final order / during production / for the finished product. In case of consumer rejection of the product, there is no direct return of the product. Our product can only be returned for replacement of the product itself or re-stitching of the current product. ( In case of size or defect that does not fit you).
1.2 In the event that the buyer refuses the item due to a confirmed defect or non-compliance, PENTAFOMETTA undertakes to replace the item or make the necessary alterations in accordance with the contract, excluding the seller’s expenses for the return delivery of the item from the buyer. The replacement or correction will be carried out no later than 7 days from the date of the buyer’s request.
1.3 If the buyer refuses the item without a valid reason (such as a defect or an error on the part of PENTAFOMETTA), no refund will be issued — either in full or in part.
1.4 Replacement or alteration of a product of proper quality is possible provided that its marketable appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase (payment receipt for the product; receipt with the order number) are preserved.
1.5 The absence of the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase does not deprive the consumer of the right to provide other evidence of purchasing the product on the website pentafometta.com.
